Montavilla Sewing Annual Parking Lot Sale
Join us for our annual parking lot sale where you can find amazing deals from Montavilla and our customers. The best part is that you can earn credit to shop in our store on everything you purchase at the parking lot sale Sale will be from 9am to 3pm. Do you want to sell items at the sale? First come first serve on these rent free booths. The rules are simple. We ask thay you not sell anything that Montavilla Sewing is currently selling and that your items be smoke and pet odor free and family friendly. We will give you in store credit for anything sold in your booth. The credit will be given to you with in a week after the sale. There are 32 booths. Twenty of them are 9x18 feet and 12 are 9x15 feet. The larger booths will be given to those signed up first. There will be a $30 refundable deposit to reserve a booth. In order to receive your deposit back, you must be at the sale with your items for the entire length of the sale or cancel before July 30. The garage sale will be opened to the public at 9 am. We will have the parking lot open for setting up booths at 6am. Please bring your own tables, displays, and a tent covering is optional. Mark each of your items with the garage sale price and your booth number which will be assigned to you prior to the sale. For further questions please email Kristy at kandbmanagement@comcast.net
