A Cabin in the Woods

This charming wall hanging is foundation pieced in sections and then assembled with sashing. The pattern is suitable for a Christmas theme with a Yule Tree in the window and a suitably sized Santa or angel print in the doorway, or put whatever novelty motif you wish in the doorway. The trees flanking the cabin can be symmetrical or wonky; both variations are included in the pattern. The quilt measures about 12” square (depending on borders) and is a small fun project for fussy cut fabrics and scraps. A familiarity with basic foundation piecing techniques is helpful but not necessary for this project. The class fee includes a master pattern for future use and pre-printed foundation papers to use in class.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Class, club, and event fees are nonrefundable. You must cancel 72 hours before the first session of the class, club, or event to receive store credit or apply the fee to another class, club or event. However, if the instructor or Montavilla Sewing Centers has to cancel a class, club, or event, you have the option for a store credit or full refund. Students must bring their own machines to all classes, unless otherwise noted. We request that you do not bring children or guests to the classes. Thank you!
