Bedtime Buddy Pocket Pillow

What child could resist a snuggly pillow with fun touchable texture and a special secret pouch for their treasures. We will us faux fur for the lion’s manta add that special touchable texture. We will also use some Kraft-tex for the face and paws. We will learn new embroidery techniques and a new way to look at designs we might all already have. Minimal sewing is required.
To participate in this class, you need to know how to operate your embroidery machine and understand basic machine embroidery concepts. Please bring your embroidery machine to class.
Supply List
- 5/8 yard of cotton fabric
- 6 inch by 6 inch piece of faux fur, pinkie, or cuddle fabric for Mane
- 6 inch by 6 inch piece of fabric for fave and paws. Kraft Tex works well for the face and paws also.
- Fusible Woven or Shape ex 101 for back of fabrics
- Stabilstick TearAway Stabilizer
- Applique Fuse and Fix is optional
- Threads of your choice to go with fabric and mane
- Regular Embroidery and Sewing Supplies
- Embroidery Hoop to fit a 6 inch by 6 inch design

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Class, club, and event fees are nonrefundable. You must cancel 72 hours before the first session of the class, club, or event to receive store credit or apply the fee to another class, club or event. However, if the instructor or Montavilla Sewing Centers has to cancel a class, club, or event, you have the option for a store credit or full refund. Students must bring their own machines to all classes, unless otherwise noted. We request that you do not bring children or guests to the classes. Thank you!
