Clam Up

This class is a great way to introduce yourself to byAnnie patterns, materials and sewing techniques. Choose to make one or two in class. Instructions will be provided if the CLEAR version is desired.
Clam Up zippered pouches in five sizes are perfect for storing and carrying makeup, sewing supplies, tech gear, and more. You may quilt the fabric or leave it unquilted and add optional iron-on vinyl laminate for a wipe-clean interior. Double slide zippers and handy grab tabs make the bags easy to open wide; attached side panels prevent contents from falling out. An optional strap with swivel hook may be added. When empty, the bags nest to save space.
Patterns designed byAnnie appeal to sewists of all ages and levels. The detailed instructions can be a little overwhelming so let retired high school sewing instructor & Palmer Pletsch Certified Instructor, Jayne Vetter guide you in the construction & completion of these professional looking projects.
Pattern/s not included in class fee but available for purchase at Montavilla Sewing Centers. 15% class participant discount can be used to purchase pattern/s. Click below for the Supply List, which includes size specifications. For your convenience a materials kit (w/o fabric & thread) can be purchased from Jayne. Jayne will contact participants with information about kits.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Class, club, and event fees are nonrefundable. You must cancel 72 hours before the first session of the class, club, or event to receive store credit or apply the fee to another class, club or event. However, if the instructor or Montavilla Sewing Centers has to cancel a class, club, or event, you have the option for a store credit or full refund. Students must bring their own machines to all classes, unless otherwise noted. We request that you do not bring children or guests to the classes. Thank you!
