Do you have leftover fabric scraps and don't know what to do with them? Join us for a fun and creative workshop where you'll learn how to make Prosperity Hens out of those scraps! Whether you're a seasoned crafter or a beginner, this event is perfect for everyone.
Prosperity Hens are traditional handcrafted items believed to bring good luck and wealth to households. Originating from various cultures, these vibrant and decorative hens have been made using different materials, often scraps, to symbolize resourcefulness and creativity. The practice of making Prosperity Hens has been passed down through generations, celebrating the spirit of community and the art of repurposing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Class, club, and event fees are nonrefundable. You must cancel 72 hours before the first session of the class, club, or event to receive store credit or apply the fee to another class, club or event. However, if the instructor or Montavilla Sewing Centers has to cancel a class, club, or event, you have the option for a store credit or full refund. Students must bring their own machines to all classes, unless otherwise noted. We request that you do not bring children or guests to the classes. Thank you!
