Christine Mathews

Christine Mathews is a 4th grade teacher who lives in Roseburg, Oregon. Christine's mother started to teach her to sew at 5 years old, and growing up she enjoyed working on sewing projects at home and various camps. While studying ballet at the University of Utah, Christine gained an interest in learning about the construction of garments typically used for dance practice and performance. She has worked professionally on costuming projects for Ballet West Academy and Ballet Tucson. Her favorite thing about sewing is when a project finally comes together in the end!
